Another utility chooses Tait to communicate
23rd May 2010
Tait will supply a 7-site, 16-channel TaitNet MPT 1327 network to provide coverage for Avista’s service area in eastern Washington, northern Idaho, and for facilities in northwest Montana. The new trunked radio system will replace an existing two-way VHF radio system.
Tait Radio Communications Americas President Steve Cragg says this contract is a continuation of Tait’s growth as an end-to-end solutions provider in the utilities sector. “Because Tait works with open standard technology, utility organizations can be assured that a solution with Tait is a long-term investment.”
